I have a friend,
who watches over me;
when you’re gone from home,
and me.
He keeps me company,
when you’re away,
He keeps me happy,
throughout the day.
He sleeps with me;
so nights are complete.
He brings life with a song,
to last the whole day long.
My blues wash away
when he’s near;
He takes away all my fears.
He listens to my problems,
without a word;

Evening of Enchantment

starry-eyed and floating on a cloud, reliving the evening of enchantment and the feeling of being a queen.
